Cassandra is one of our account managers here at Pangea.
Cassandra was born and raised in the town of Red Hook, New York, and moved to Boston to attend Suffolk University, where she studied marine biology and played soccer. She has been with Pangea for about a month now and has been picking it up quick – I’m sure you’ve all heard a new voice on the phone lately!
When it comes to oysters for Cassandra, salt is key. Therefore, she prefers the briny taste of our Massachusetts and Rhode Island products. “My favorite is the Edgewater because it has a very salty flavor and I love salt. Also, Edgewater was the first oyster I tried while working which makes it special.”
Outside of Pangea, Cassandra enjoys going to concerts around the city, travelling and trying the foreign cuisine, finding a local soccer field to break some ankles, and watching the Celtics win even though she’s a band wagon fan from New York.
